Chanel Catering @ Euridge Manor

It was the annual party for Chanel and we arranged the catering at Euridge Manor. The brief was provided: Design an elegant evening with warm Winter tones and sleek backdrops. Working with the talented Meet Marcel , we crafted an evening with welcome drinks on entry by the boat house followed by their evening meal in the ballroom.

Guests enjoyed their first aperitif overlooking the Boat House and then soon moved into the warmer Ballroom for the rest of the canapés and drinks. As the guests arrived into the Ballroom, they found a ‘Bow Tie Wall’, each guest invited to choose the style they would like to wear for the rest of the evening.

Guests enjoyed a 3 course dinner to match the occasion and were entertained between each course with differing entertainment.

Little did guests know that we had set up a hidden club upstairs in the Orangery where guests would dance the night away until the early hours of the morning.

Post Dinner party was then enjoyed in the night club upstairs in the Lost Orangery, DJ, dancing and a Bourbon bar was set up so guests could continue to enjoy the evening and the venue.

Overnight Snow

The snow had been forecast, however, it arrived much earlier than expected and took us all by surprise. Our planner quickly had to work out how to transport 90 guests off site back to The Manor House hotel safely before leaving for flights the following day.

2 hours of transportation and come 3am all guests, full from an evening crammed of entertainment, had managed to get back to their hotel safely. The Eat Five Star team couldn’t leave, they were snowed in at Euridge Manor until 2pm the following day!

Thank you to all those that helped on that memorable evening and one which guests certainly will not forget in a hurry!
